A simple get together was cancelled and I have bought lots of stuff for my small party.Decided to cook for dinner instead.Thought to share it here, lemme start..

Today's menu is the japanese style curry.I am gonna show you how and it is so simple to follow, just maybe kinda hard to find the ingredients. You can buy these if there is a japanese store available in your place.

11/2 cupsCarrots(medium sliced)
1 pc torokero cube(curry flavor)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
200 g pork cube(sliced same with potato and carrots)
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 whole onion
2 cups water
1/2 tbsp red pickles

PROCEDURE:

Heat a pan over high heat, add 1/2 tsp olive oil.Add pork, season with 1/2 tsp salt and roast til golden brown.Add the potatoes, carrots and onions.Saute for about 2 to 3 minutes via high heat.Add 2 cups of water, cover and cook for about 15 to 30 minutes. When vegetables are tender add kokumarou cube(curry flavor or powder)and soy sauce, stir til cube melts and blended well.Simmer through low heat for 15 minutes.Serve with rice top with radish pickles.Enjoy!
